The core component of True Wilderness are the large maturation chambers, that are constantly being monitored in an extensive controlling system. To ensure an optimal climate, comparable to the North Sea climate, the maturation chambers are regularly flushed with salty air and the circulating air is permanently filtered and dried in salt tubs. By this, we ensure that the meat of grown cattle, and pork can mature under natural conditions.Highest quality for the wholesales
We deliver fresh dry aged beef goods by exclusively German animals to the wholesales on a regular basis. At True Wilderness, we focus on quality from Germany. We guarantee a steady quality of our meat cuts. Amongst individual cuts, we offer a wide product variety of American steak cuts, classic secondary cuts as well as classic steak cuts. With state-of-the-art labelling technology, we print individual labels with EAN-codes. With our private labelling, we can fulfil every customer desire.
