  We attach great importance to best premium-quality meat of regional animals.

  That is because for a long time, the quality of German meat was underestimated. Today, the request for premium meat from Germany rises constantly and that encourages us in what we do.
  
  The farmers from Germany offer highest quality standards in the upbringing of their animals. They give them enough time to grow and therefore help having the meat a natural flavour.
  
  A high-quality meat can only come from animals that have lived naturally.

• Quality from Germany

  In order to be able to implement our lived respect for nature in this way, we work exclusively with farms and producers from Germany. This way, we can guarantee the quality of every processed product without limitation.
  
  To ensure this, we focus especially on classic farming types, a species-appropriate upbringing, good fodder and intact social structures. As additional quality criteria for good raw material we have a look at freshness, marbling of the muscles, colour, smell, haptic and anatomy.
